Can you imagine, 140 years ago in Grinzing ... a steam train passed through it (!) The railway at that time connected Nussdorf and Kahlenberg and had intermediate stops in Grinzing and Krapfenwald. It was an unbelievably beautiful track, wasn't it? The train's passengers, were mainly the Viennese people who loved to board this train and gracefully travel to Kahlenberg, where they took a long leisurely stroll.
